DOMESTIC SHIPPING - AUSTRALIA WIDE

Our ceramics studio is based in Mullumbimby in the Byron Bay Hinterland, NSW, Australia. We take great care to send the ceramics to you as safely and quickly as possible. Postage and handling fees are not included in the retail price and are calculated at checkout.

Shipping ceramics safely requires lots of packaging and big boxes for protection. However we aim to keep shipping costs as low as possible for our customers and offer shipping within Australia by weight. We offer FREE SHIPPING on all domestic orders over $200 after any discounts have been applied. 
Items will ship within 2-4 business days (unless the item(s) you have placed are a made to order item. All domestic orders are sent with Australia Post.
You will receive a notification by email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Once parcel sent, delivery usually takes 2-5 business days from shipment date to arrive and sometimes longer for remote areas.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are happy to offer International Shipping on request. Please contact us with your "wish list" and your full address and we will get back to you with a Shipping quote.
Please note: International customers will be liable for any local charges (e.g., sales tax, customs duty) and Keramika Ceramics will not guarantee arrival times on any international orders. 

IMPORTANT
Please ensure that the delivery details entered during checkout are correct. We can not be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided to us by you. Shipping charges will apply for orders that have to be re-sent due to incorrect details provided to us. You will receive a tracking number from us once your order is on the way. It is your responsibility to ensure you will be able to receive the parcel. If a parcel cannot be delivered, re-delivery charges may apply.

RETURNS 

Change of mind returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with the goods purchased, you can return them to us for an exchange or store credit. Please inform us by email within 3 days of receiving the item and return the items within 7 working days from the date you originally received the order. Please email us at hello@keramika.com.au with any returns you have and we will provide you with a Return number and our Return address.

Then simply return the item(s) in unused condition and in the original, undamaged packaging (or packaging of the same quality) and we will organise an exchange or store credit. Exchanges will not include the original postage & handling costs. Please keep in mind that until the goods are received by us in undamaged condition, the responsibility of the goods remains with you. We therefore recommend sending all goods via Registered & Insured Post, to ensure the goods can be traced and are insured whilst in transit.

Items sent back to us, without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and a refund will only be issued if the item is returned undamaged. 

Faulty or damaged items

We take great care in packaging the ceramics as safely as possible. Each piece is carefully wrapped and surrounded in a tight comfy bed of eco-friendly fill. In the unfortunate event where goods arrive damaged and/or faulty, please contact us within 24 hrs of the receipt of the goods so that we can exchange or refund your item. Please allow up to 5 working days from receipt by us of your returned goods for your refund to be processed. We will normally refund you using the same payment method that you used to purchase the goods. 

Broken items should be photographed with the original packaging and label of
delivery within 24 hours. That enables us to claim insurance for your goods and replace your items. In case of failure to supply these in time, we wont be able replace your items, outside our policy times.
