Do you offer free shipping?
Shipping is free for all domestic orders over $200. All other Shipping is calculated by weight & added at check out.
Do you Ship Internationally?
We offer International Shipping on request. Please contact us with your "wish list" and your full address and we will get back to you with a Shipping quote.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
We prioritise sending out every order as soon as we can, typically within 2-4 days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification with tracking details.
What is your Return Policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your pottery item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery to discuss the issue. We accept returns and will work with you to find a suitable solution, based on the circumstances.
What if the package is lost or damaged in transit?
We take great care in packaging and shipping our items to ensure they arrive safely. However, in the rare event of a lost or damaged package, please reach out to us with the relevant details and any supporting documentation. We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement.
Broken items should be photographed with the original packaging and label of
delivery within 24 hours. That enables us to claim insurance for your goods and replace your items. In case of failure to supply these in time, we wont be able replace your items, outside our policy times.
Which size Take-away Cup should I get?
Each cafe seems to have a different standard however below are our best recommendations on the different sizes. Please note that being handmade, small variations will exist in sizing.
Medium (approx 300ml) ~ One of the most popular takeaway sizes, great for all coffee types, including iced coffee. Similar measurement to an in-house large mug. Includes silicone lid and heat sleeve.
Small (approx 225ml) ~ This size resembles coffee house glass cups, perfect for mocha, latte and cappuccino. It’s a very close favourite size alongside the Medium. Includes silicone lid (no sleeve).
Large (approx 380ml) ~ One of the most popular takeaway sizes, great for all coffee types, including iced coffee. Similar measurement to an in-house large mug. Includes silicone lid and heat sleeve.
Are your ceramics oven and dishwasher safe?
All our ceramics are made using Australian, non-toxic, food-safe clays and glazes. They are oven and dishwasher safe, however we do recommend taking care as they are handmade of limited quantity.
Take care to avoid sudden temperature changes (for example from the oven to a cold benchtop) as this is likely to cause thermal shock which can result in the piece cracking.
